Birthday Parties at Creamy Acres Farm

SPRING BIRTHDAY PARTIES (April, May & June 2017)

Come enjoy the great outdoors and bring your birthday party, too!
Spring birthday parties are available at Creamy Acres on Saturdays during the months of April, May and June.

Party activities include a hayride, visit with and snacks for the animals, playground time, coloring books and a take home garden pot project. A special Creamy Acres canvas backpack can be decorated by the children as a souvenir for the Birthday Child.

There are 2 party areas available for rent. Each party area is a covered structure able to accommodate approximately 40 people and equipped with 5 picnic tables, a table for food or gifts and supplied with electricity. The party areas are available 15 minutes prior to scheduled rental time for setup and decorating. The cost for a Spring Birthday Party is $250.00. This includes a 3 hour rental time, wagon ride for kids and adults and party activities listed above for children (maximum of 15, additional cost for others).

Rental times are: 10:30am to 1:30pm and 2:00pm to 5:00pm

The FEED ROOM
Rental times are: 11:00am to 2:00pm and 2:30pm to 5:30pm

Fall Party Barn Rentals

For your FALL entertaining occasions, Creamy Acres Farm is pleased to offer party area rentals on Saturdays during the months of September and October. We have four private party areas, The CHICKEN ROOST INN, The WAGON SHED, The CORN CRIB and The SCARECROW ROOM. These party areas provide a great setting for birthday parties, school groups, group outings, reunions, etc. A playground area is available and free of charge to all Creamy Acres’ guests. The party areas are by reservation only. A description of the areas follows.

The CHICKEN ROOST INN is a covered structure measuring 30ft by 50ft. It accommodates approximately 40 people. Rental times for the Chicken Roost Inn are 10:30am to 1:30pm and 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

The Chicken Roost Inn package includes:
3 hour rental
1 table for food/gifts
4 picnic tables

Wagon ride to our “group pumpkin patch” for 15 children and 15 adults. Each child will be able to pick 1 small pumpkin from the patch. The cost for additional adults is $2.00 for the wagon ride. Any additional children are $5.00 to include the wagon ride and a small pumpkin.

The cost of the Chicken Roost Inn package is $180.00. A non-refundable deposit of $35.00 must be made with the reservation. The balance of $145.00 will be due on the day of the scheduled party. The Chicken Roost Inn will be available 15 minutes prior to reserved time for decorating, table set-up, etc.

The CORN CRIB is a covered structure measuring 20ft by 40ft. It accommodates approximately 25-30 people. Rental times for the Corn Crib are 10:30 am to1:30pm and 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

The Corn Crib package includes: 
3 hour rental
1 table for food/gifts
3 picnic tables

The SCARECROW ROOM and WAGON SHED are also covered structures measuring 20ft by 40ft. Both accommodate approximately 25-30 people. Rental times for the Scarecrow Room and Wagon Shed are 11:00am to 2:00pm and 2:30pm to 5:30pm. The Scarecrow Room and

1 table for food/gifts
